Power Gear Limited Warranty
(replacement parts and components)

Power Gear warrants its Power Gear and Kwikee brand replacement parts and components to be free of material and workmanship defects for the longer of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase or the remainder of the warranty period of the vehicle on which they are installed provided that these products are installed and operated according to the purpose for which they were intended, designed and specified. This warranty does not cover product that is incorrectly installed, or upon examination has been misused or abused by the vehicle owner.

Warranty coverage on replacement parts installed on vehicles where the vehicle's original warranty period has expired is limited to:

Repair or replacement of the defective component(s).

Warranty claims should be filed through the warehouse distributor, dealer or service center where the replacement part was purchased or where the vehicle will be repaired. Warranty claims cannot be processed directly through Power Gear and under no circumstances will we reimburse the vehicle owner directly for costs covered under warranty.

Proof of part purchase date is required. Proof of original date of purchase of vehicle, and if applicable subsequent owner's proof of purchase, is required if the vehicle is still under warranty.
