Power Gear does not contract with an authorized dealer network. We will gladly provide operational and diagnostic assistance on our systems to the RV owner's repair facility of choice for routine maintenance and repair. Additionally, during our product warranty period, we will authorize any RV repair facility willing to follow and abide by our dealer warranty policy to complete warranty repairs on Power Gear systems and components.
We encourage coach owners to use a local RV dealer or repair facility for parts and service support so that a relationship where the owner and coach history are known by those working on the vehicle is established. Whether on the road or looking for a hometown service provider, we recommend that coach owners who need assistance locating a RV repair facility to perform work on their Power Gear system, use the Recreational Vehicle Dealer Association's online dealer search to locate a RVDA member in their area. While we do not directly endorse specific RV dealers and repair facilities, we believe that businesses that are active members of this professional organization are more likely to have a higher level of experience and expertise as a result of their commitment to the RV industry. During the manufacturer's vehicle warranty period, warranty terms required by the RV manufacturer, including but not limited to any requirement that all warranty repair work be completed by a manufacturer authorized repair facility should be followed.
